南八ヶ岳の西岳と編笠山に登ってきた動画

初めての八ヶ岳山行は楽しんだんですが、反省も多い登山だったので今後に生かすために並べて書いておきます

機材忘れ

今回もほとんどはOsmo Actionで撮影してたんですが、編笠山の山頂では気合を入れて何か撮ろうとGH5Sとレンズ2本、Lefotoの三脚、スライダーなどを背負って登ったんです。しかし、その苦労を台無しにするような忘れ物をしてしてしまいました。それがNDフィルター｡

機材のなかでは一番軽量で、重要度は低そうに見えるんですが、こいつが無いとピーカンの山頂で思うような撮影は出来ないのです。

細かな説明は省きますが、とにかく明るすぎると設定がめちゃくちゃになってしまうんですね。分かりやすいところでいえば背景をボカして撮れないとか。

例えば三脚を忘れてもミニ三脚で代用できるし、スライダーを忘れても手法がひとつ減るだけなんですが、NDが無いとどうしようもないのです。

ということで、NDを忘れた私はすっかりやる気を失くしてしまい、編笠山山頂からあっさり下りてしまいました。

はい、それでは忘れないようにする対策。

「家からレンズに着けていく」

これだと思います。あとは山行用の機材リストを作るとかでしょうね。

時間配分ミス

まず出だしから。明るくなったぐらいから登ろうとか思ってam5:30から行動開始しましたが、小淵沢ICを下りたam4:30くらいには朝日が昇って明るくなってました。私の場合コースタイム＋動画や写真を撮る時間が加算されるので、余裕をもって登って下りてくるにはもう少し早く家を出た方が良かったですね。

あとは行動中。最初の西岳山頂で留まりすぎました。40分ぐらいでしょうか。久々の達成感からついタイムラプスなどを撮り始めてしまって想定以上の停滞になってしまいました。

そしてロスは青年小屋でも。昼食のときに水をがぶ飲みしてしまい、残りが不安になって一度通り過ぎた水場をまた往復して水汲みをしてしまいました。

そんなこんなで編笠山の山頂に着いたのは12時過ぎ。機材忘れの上、100人の中学生、そして時間が無いで無念の山頂となってしまいました。

すんごい久々のブログ更新です。

ITAGAKI.TVのチャンネル登録者数がもうすぐ15,000人に届きそうです。

まぁ一生懸命やってるyoutuberなら１万から10万はすぐなんて聞きますけど

残念ながら間欠泉式というか、動画上げたり上げなかったりなのでこんな感じです。

 

さらに登録者数というのはライブな数字ではないので

15,000人がガッツリYouTube見てるわけではないんですが

まぁ記念碑的なものはあったほうがモチベーションに繋がるので素直に喜ぶことにしましょう。

10,000登録のときは何したかなーって振り返ったら何もしてませんでした。

アクアリウムチャンネル始動

5,000登録ありがとう動画でもお知らせしていましたが
今回ITAGAKI.TVとは別にアクアリウムだけの動画チャンネル
「AMF 水槽動画工場」を開設しました。

実はこのチャンネル、去年のうちに作ってあって
動画も１本上げてたんですが、告知するタイミングを逸して放置していました。

やはり、ITAGAKI.TV内でキャンプ、登山、アクアリウムを
すべて混在させたままだと、あちらを立てればこちらが立たず。
特にアクアリウムが好きな人には「また山か」と思わせてる率が高いだろうと思いまして。
ここはアクアリウムだけ独立させるのが良かろうと思い、告知に至りました。

本来、YouTubeチャンネル的にはむやみにチャンネル分割するのは推奨されていないのですが

といっても、今の時点でまだ１日しか歩いてません。
日差しが強かったのもあり、初日から結構キツかったです・・・

YouTubeアドバイスワークショップというのは六本木ヒルズのGoogleオフィスで行われているセミナーで、対象はYoutubeパートナー。すなわちYoutuber（企業含む）を相手に「もっと視聴者増やすにはこうするといいですよ」と教えてくれる講義のようなものです。

今回、はじめてそういった意識の高い感じの場に行ってきました。
半分は興味本位、半分はモチベーションアップのためという感じで。

内容については、そこまで目からウロコ！とか
見せる世界が変わった！というような目新しいものではないですが
確実に効くであろうメソッド的なものは確認することができました。

今回のテーマは主に

  • コラボレーションをすべし
  • アナリティクスを見て自分のチャンネルを研究すべし

この２本でした。

アナリティクスについては、前からもチラチラと見ていたんですが
データの見え方を変えることで、マニアックな情報を引き出すテクは参考になりました。

問題はコラボレーション（コラボ）。

チャンネル登録者を増やすには「コラボが効く！」そうで。
しかもコラボレーションは多ければ多いほど良いそうなんですが
その反面、誰とでもコラボレーションすればいいのかというと、それはダメ。

やはり視聴者層のマッチングは意識しないとダメみたいです。

例えばうちの場合、視聴者層で一番多いのは30代～40代の男性に偏っています。
それなのに10代とかに人気のあるYoutuberとか、
女性によく見られている料理チャンネルなんかコラボレーションしたとしても
あんまり良くないですよということみたい。

となるとやはりキャンプや水槽でのコラボレーションとなるわけですが
意外と簡単ではないと思います。

個人の趣味性が強く出た動画が多いので
